Happily, the FDA has now concluded that L-Tryptophan can be imported to the US for use in dietary supplements. Tryptophan is know to be helpful with mood elevation, anxiety reduction, inducing relaxation and sleep, PMS, jet lag, depression, chemical withdrawal, decreased carbohydrate cravings and more. Additional Co-Factors: Bs, Cs and NAC Amino acids should be taken with co-factors such as Vitamin C and B vitamins for optimal transport and absorption.
